The Detail:

It all starts with the initial free discovery call (15 minutes). The aim of this call is to have a discussion on how we can best address your needs, your high level aims are and to confirm general details such as style count, potential fabric and so on. From here we can advise what the right next steps are. If you’re happy to proceed, we will book a discovery call to delve into the detail of your project which will help us build your Creative Concept Review.

Upon completion of this process you will receive a tailored Creative Concept Review document covering your Product Development and Sourcing Strategy. This will provide a clear path on the key milestones of development and how to approach them. It will also include:

• Video call sessions to discuss your fashion brand and at regular intervals over project period (maximum of six calls or equivalent time) over approx. max six month timeline.

• Design Development - fitness for purpose (fabric/product construction).

• Analysis and feasibility of current offering and relevant enhancements.

• Product development process - from design concept to tech pack to production.

• Sampling processes - how to get started.

• Sourcing - Direction on types of manufacturers to approach.

• Production definition - what to expect and how to manage.

This strategy will act as a guide for you to keep handy so you have a better understanding of what could come next, what decisions need to be made and when - but perhaps most importantly, an indication of the critical path so you can work to a dedicated timeline.
