Paula is supported by our talented and multi-skilled team. Each have their unique set of skills and industry experience that allows us to provide a high level of service. We cover (amongst others) design, product development, fabric technology, digital product creation (DPC), sourcing and compliance, quality control whilst always ensuring costings and your margins are protected. Tech Pack (Tool Kit) - Once the design process is complete, and before sending anything to the factories, Technical Specification Packs (often called ‘Tech Packs’) will need to be produced. These give the factory everything they need to turn your designs into samples and contain specific information such as; fabric type, compositions, weights, print or embroidery techniques, sizes & positions. It will help you define the lifecycle of your Collection (or style) development from start to finish setting out next steps and all the major milestones along the way while minimising timeline slippage and highlighting potential risk areas. Initial Consultation - This is the ‘no commitment initial chat’ of around 15 mins to see if we can help and if Fashion Delivered is the right fit for your business.
