We will drill down into your target customer, who your competitors are, product positioning, price points, ideal fabrics and any other relevant aspects of design or concept

This is to clarify design requirements and provide a general, high-level indication of how to define the brand, collection or workwear refresh.

Our aim is to ensure we keep what's good, while improving or removing what no longer works for the business. 

 
 

Concept/ Strategy/ Innovation

Working individually or with a broader Project Team, we will produce and present an overview of possible colour palettes, styles/individual designs, as well as propose appropriate fabric bases and/or any design, fabric or wearable innovations as required.

We can work with any incumbent suppliers and manufacturers or if needed will source and present any new suppliers that meet the brief.

 

We can work with current designs/ ideas/ reference samples or create new to:

  • Develop a Range Plan

  • Produce required technical flats - interior and exterior details.

  • Present specific fabrics and trims

  • Propose pantone-based colour palettes.

  • Produce an overview of finalized garment designs.
