Typically, this can include - the initial sample stage, development or sourcing of key fabrics, performance testing, final sample approvals, production start and management to QC and finally Ex-factory - every aspect that allows us to deliver you project to the right quality, price and on time.

The route to market is different depending on the type of product you wish to produce, where you wish to produce it and how the process is executed. • Regular Project Calls – Best achieved by video call/face to face depending on location and to include any individuals as needed (The ‘Project Team’).

• Trips – We have considerable experience in organising factory/ supplier visits for development handover/production planning/quality control etc. covering all well-known regions and can either be accompanied or independent.
